Kimberly Hoskin · Owner · Blue Water Cove Resort
    The owner

She didn't just buy a property. She wanted to build a brand.

Kimberly is a successful businesswoman from Detroit. She fell in love with Singer Island, bought a quadplex near the water, and wanted to turn it into something guests would actually remember — a destination, not just a listing. She came to Villa Marketers with a clean slate and real ambition, and we built a full vacation rental brand identity and direct-booking system around the property.

The red-coral accent was client-directed — used intentionally for calls to action and conversion moments across print, web, and social. Not a generic palette pick.

    Why the seahorse?

A place-based mark — inspired by the divers who come here.

Blue Water Cove sits minutes from the Blue Heron Bridge / Phil Foster Park shore-dive corridor on Singer Island — one of South Florida's most talked-about dive sites, where seahorses are part of the local underwater culture. The mark ties the resort to its real place rather than a generic beach icon.

    Vacation Rental Rescue Show

The launch became a content engine.

Behind the scenes of turning a first-time host's quadplex into Blue Water Cove Resort.

Villa Marketers went on location and captured real, scroll-stopping content: property photo, drone, lifestyle video, Singer Island, Riviera Beach, Peanut Island, nearby restaurants, scuba diving, and the Blue Heron Bridge / Phil Foster Park shore-dive corridor — the coastline guests actually search for.

The launch itself was filmed for our original series, The Vacation Rental Rescue Show — a behind-the-scenes look at how a quadplex became a boutique resort brand. That launch footage was reused to tell the story of the location across social, YouTube, blog, local SEO, the direct-booking website, and booking-page trust — the same content stack behind the direct-booking foundation.
